My Therapeutic Approach

I’m a registered psychologist offering trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy via Telehealth across Australia. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of clinical settings, supporting individuals and couples through challenges related to stress, trauma, anxiety, relationships, and emotional regulation.

I have a special interest in couples therapy, and deeply value the opportunity to support partners in navigating conflict, building emotional connection, and healing relational wounds. My approach is compassionate, non-judgemental, and focused on helping each person feel heard and understood.

My work is grounded in evidence-based frameworks including CBT, ACT, EFT, and psychodynamic principles, while also integrating holistic practices informed by my 500-hour yoga teacher training. I combine scientific knowledge with lived experience to provide structured, body-aware support that is both practical and deeply attuned.

I also have a particular interest in trauma, emotional regulation, neurodivergence, and relational dynamics. As an NDIS-registered provider, I offer flexible, person-centred care tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
